Benefits of rubber coasters

These water rings are caused by condensation on a cup, bottle or mug. If the temperature of your cold drink is below the dew point, the water will condense as a liquid on the surface. Now everything is dripping and can leave a puddle below! In the meantime, some cups or glasses may leave small scratches or nicks on the table. This is especially true if you are growing your drink heavily.

Definitely not good for your furniture!

With that in mind, it only makes sense to lay a caster before prescribing your drink. You keep the furniture free of blocks and you can enjoy the house in one fell swoop.

A drink without a coaster can cause the table it sits on to be stained, bare, or scratched. If the drink is forgotten for a long time, the damage will only get worse.

Talk About Serious Party Dishonesty!

The last thing you want is to destroy someone's furniture at a birthday party or ruin your dining room set or end table for having a glass of wine after work.

This may sound extreme, but there is actually evidence that all of this is true! To see what I mean, take a look at the wooden table pictured below. A glass of ice cold water stayed on this table for over 24 hours and caused serious damage to the wood.

The best coasts are made of a material that absorbs moisture. They won't stick to the bottom of the glass when you pick it up to drink. Any of the five options is a winner, but to say that other materials aren't scrubs.

Stainless steel, glass, bamboo, leather, and copper are good, stylish options. Just keep them for your bottles, mugs, and plastic cups instead of your glasses!
